1987

Born in San Diego, California on April 18, 1987.

Nov. 1, 1992

Sam was 51/2 years old when we moved to Agoura Hills. First house was on Lake Lindero Dr.

Nov. 9, 1992-June 1993

Sam attended Willow Elementary School for Kindergarten, Mrs. Bookmans afternoon class.

Aug. 1993-June 1998

Sam attended Yerba Buena Elementary School for 1st-5th grade.

Aug. 1998-June 2001

Sam attended Lindero Canyon Middle School.

Aug. 2001-Jan 30, 2002

Sam attended Agoura High School for 9th grade, his freshman year.

Feb - June 2002

Sam attended Indian Hills H. S. (completed 9th grade)

Aug. 2002- April 2003

Sam was at Agoura High (10th grade)

Mid April 2002-June 2003

Sam finished 10th grade at Oak View High School.

Aug. 2003-June 2004

Sam attended Oak View High School for most of 11th grade. With the exception of his 4 months at Casa (Jan 9,-May 8, 2004)

August 2004

Sam w/ Ray Ruotolo and Jay Horowitz took a separate truck & road trip to Colorado where we stayed with the Sovia's. Lots of 4-wheeling, river rafting, site seeing, and nightly cemetary visits

Aug. 28, 2004-April 20, 2005

Sam attended Oak View High for his "Senior" year. Finished early!!

June 14, 2005

Sam Graduates from High School!! Walks the stage and receives his diploma!!

Nov. 23, 2006

Leaves for Mammoth with Friends, Ray Ruotolo, and Ashley and Britney Biglow to spend Thanksgiving's long weekend Snowboarding and snowmobiling.

2005

Passed away on November 24, 2005 at the age of 18.
